For The Barn, keeping track of missing, damaged and unordered goods was a big challenge. Everything was handled manually: every shop kept goods receipts in folders and processed these one by one when paying the invoices and analysing the margins per shop.

  • Electronic filing of anomaly tracking

  • Every completed goods receipt is added to a database in Plugnotes, which can be analysed and edited or even exported to Excel.
