2017

Vincent, who was running his own import and export business back then, had a prototype version of Plugnotes developed. He wanted to digitise certain operational flows without having to go through custom IT development. He dreamt of having an entrepreneur's toolbox that could fill in some of the gaps in the ERP solutions that he already used, provide solutions to his company's operational needs and improve efficiency.

Considering the results of the prototype version of Plugnotes, Vincent wanted to offer this solution to other companies with similar needs. That's when his daughter Camille joined him to work on the Plugnotes development strategy. And so the story begins...

2020

After several months of development and pilot projects, the solution is finally ready to be released on the market. The shops of The Barn are our first clients, using Plugnotes to digitise the tracking of shipping anomalies.

2021

After its initial experience in the Start-it incubator, Plugnotes continues its journey in the Amplitude + Accelerator hosted by the Microsoft Innovation Center and Icab. In these communities, Plugnotes continues to develop and expand.

2022

By the end of 2022, our growing team accelerated our progress. We raised funds from the Gumption group and the Liège-based Leansquare fund. Our goal is clear: to help as many SMEs as possible to optimise their operational flows in Belgium before moving on to other European countries.
