What brought on the change
The company was recently taken over by three partners who aim to ensure continuity of service and dream of optimizing existing processes. Despite quality work that is much appreciated by their clients, management spent too much time overseeing the administrative follow-up of files.
To start a project, they had to go to the customer and list each item on paper. They would then take pictures of all the objects with a camera. Back in the office, they then transcribed the information into an Excel document, uploaded the photos to the document and prepared the quote for the client.
Once the information was sent to the client, they waited for the validation of the project by email.
